Client Responsibility:

Confidentiality:
All client information, discussions, and records are strictly confidential. We will not disclose any client’s information without explicit written consent, except as required by law.
Service Engagement:
Clients will engage in services willingly and responsibly, following recommended guidance and advice provided by Destined Paths. Clients are encouraged to ask questions and seek clarification to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the guidance provided.
Payment and Fees:
Clients agree to pay the agreed-upon fees for the services rendered by Destined Paths within the specified timeframe. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of services.
Cancellation and Rescheduling:
Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. Failure to do so may result in a fee or forfeiture of the scheduled session.
Copyright and Intellectual Property:
All materials, resources, and content provided by Destined Paths are protected by copyright laws. Clients agree not to reproduce, distribute, or use any materials without prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability:
Destined Paths and its associates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or any issues related to our guidance.
Termination of Services:
Destined Paths reserves the right to terminate services if a client engages in any harmful, disruptive, or non-compliant behavior that adversely affects the coaching or counseling process.
Governing Law:
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Indian courts.
